This was my first visit with Dr. Harwood. He spoke to me, clearly didn't make me feel like a brand new person. I felt very much it is we talked freely and he explained my condition to me. I would recommend him to see for this type of problem myself.

Dr. Harwood gave me an injection for bursitis, in the past I had an injection in the hip joint and that worked immediately for almost a year. Unfortunately I still feel discomfort when I walk. However if after 3 weeks I don't get relief from this injection Dr. Harwood will give me the hip injection I had last year and relieved my pain immediately.

That was my first time coming to see Dr. Marc and he was nice, he was polite, everything was fine. It's just my initial encounter at the front desk, the front desk keep saying I need a referral, which already I'm with there was a referral and she kept saying I need a referral and I was sitting there and waiting and waiting and waiting and they had to call like a couple of people ahead of me and I was there like, you know, nine o'clock and my appointment was 9:15 and I kept waiting, waiting and now they're like, oh, we need to get a referral and stuff and I almost called my doctor to get a referral. So it was just a little complicated that nobody told me initially that I had to have a referral until I got there and then I had to go through.

Great staff! From receptionist to the doctor's. Very personable and willing to assist. I have told everyone I know how knowledge and caring the staff is. Best urgent care and orthopedic staff. Happy I found them!

Everything was fantastic from the check-in process, to the x-rays taken, to the doctor visit. I will definitely be coming back here, if needed, for my orthopedic needs.

Everyone was friendly and it was very quick. The check-in process from start to finish, even though it seemed very busy when I got there, I was very pleased by how smoothly everything went from the vital signs to getting to my history part with the nurse to meeting with the doctor to check out.

The front desk staff was horrible!!! I checked in 15 minutes early, but front desk NEVER the doctors staff in back that I was there! After listening to the front desk COMPLAINING about THEIR schedule for 45 minutes, I complained about what was the delay! It was then I found out that front desk staff NEVER informed doctors staff that I was there. I complained to the doctor. He said he would let office manager know!

A few weeks ago, I made an appointment. I explained what my issues were. I came in to see the doctor or the physician's assistant who then told me she only handles neck and back. I would have to come back and see a sports medicine doctor, which I did. The second time I came back, I thought I checked in. I thought I was checked in. Apparently, I wasn't. I was left sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Other than that, my experience was good. Thank you.

Last week I went to the wrong office for my appointment. I went to the Cherry Hill office instead of the Moorestown office. Your staff at the Cherry Hill office are amazing. I was really upset because I was going to be late. I hate being late. I started to cry, they asked if I wanted water and the girl at the desk got up to make sure I had water. They called the Moorestown office and told them I was on my way. It was one of those days where it was 105° and there was no relief in sight and they were wonderful. Thank you again Ladies!

After seeing two different PAs in Moorestown , I was very hesitant about seeing another doctor for the same problem. Dr.H read over my reports and xrays and said he saw the arthritis, but didn't feel my symptoms correlated with that diagnosis. Doctor also told me the open MRI was fine for what he was looking for. I felt seen and heard.

My husband and I find your phone system to be absolutely horrible. We waited 40 minutes to be connected to a human being. This is the same experience we always have. The answer is simple: have the caller leave his/her number to be called back. This is very irritating. And a huge waste of time.
