Fast paced. I was in and out very quickly and everyone was helpful and friendly.

Staff was informative, and kind. I left feeling like they really have knowledge of my issue, and wanted to make sure I (my daughter) is well informed. They seem to really care about her (the patient)

Yes! I would recommend people being friendlier when answering phones when you call back for results. We had a great experience with Dr. Cribbs and his PA!

Very friendly, very professional the Gardendale location is very clean and does not feel like a hospital but more of a doctor’s office and is very warm and welcoming.

Dr Cribbs and all of his staff are so knowledgeable and kind. They all explain things so well. Dr. Cribbs and Krista are just great. We also like the new PA.

The whole experience was great, we barely had to wait, which was not what I was expecting being that we had to wait so long for the appointment. Would definitely recommend and be back. Everyone was so helpful, nice, and took their time. My daughter is special needs, and everyone included her in the conversation. Very good experience at this clinic thank you.

The facility is very nice and runs very smoothly. Plenty of room in the waiting area. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our Dr. Cribbs is great.

All of the nurses were so kind! (And, very funny!!) But they were so helpful, answered any and all questions, and made the experience so comfortable. They also could not stop raving about how much they loved their jobs, their teams, etc.- and it shows through their work, so so kind & passionate about what they do. [Dr. Cribbs' nurse coordinator? (or whatever her title was) was literally so wonderful. Can't rave about her enough.]
