I appreciated the fact that the staff members washed their hands prior to cleaning my wounds and putting bandages on them.

I had a very positive experience. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and shows concern for your well being. Dr. Passman shows professionalism and concern and compassion for his patients. It was very easy to put all my confidence in his ability. He shows concern for his patients. I felt that he treated me as a person not just my condition. Thank you all and God bless you and the wonderful gifts you have.

The Tech preforming my ultrasound procedure and my nurse were both outstanding. As far as Dr. Passman even though he got right to the point and gave me good news he was rude when he came in and arrogant. He was out of the room within 5 minutes. I feel like I wasted my time for that kind of treatment!?

I did not have the best experience at my first visit because I felt like I had difficulty communicating with that provider and because the conversation of my weight was not handled well or constructively and I was given an obesity diagnosis with an incorrect height and weight due to an incorrect height measurement. It was awkward and discouraging. But I otherwise received good care. My second visit was the total opposite and I had great communication with everyone I encountered.

I absolutely love the staff at uab vein clinic. They are very caring about my condition and do everything they can to make me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Passman and his staff.
