The facility is just the right size and parking is great! The staff and nurses in the clinic were so nice to me. And the clinic was very clean. Overall, it is a cozy space with nice folks. I really liked it.

I like having the best working on me. Before Dr Passman, I had a really bad experience at another hospital.

Very finely tuned to meet customer needs. This app helped me not only to find my doctor, but also to find my car when I was done! I have it in my phone for any visits needed. Thankyou UAB for developing this app . You’ve been able to direct me whatever direction I think I’m in.

excellent staff, facilities and all around experience. Only negative was the time it took to park my car, valet was overloaded and waiting 15 minutes upon arrival.

I appreciated the fact that the staff members washed their hands prior to cleaning my wounds and putting bandages on them.

I had a very positive experience. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and shows concern for your well being. Dr. Passman shows professionalism and concern and compassion for his patients. It was very easy to put all my confidence in his ability. He shows concern for his patients. I felt that he treated me as a person not just my condition. The Tech preforming my ultrasound procedure and my nurse were both outstanding. As far as Dr. Passman even though he got right to the point and gave me good news he was rude when he came in and arrogant. He was out of the room within 5 minutes. I feel like I wasted my time for that kind of treatment!?

I did not have the best experience at my first visit because I felt like I had difficulty communicating with that provider and because the conversation of my weight was not handled well or constructively and I was given an obesity diagnosis with an incorrect height and weight due to an incorrect height measurement. It was awkward and discouraging. But I otherwise received good care. My second visit was the total opposite and I had great communication with everyone I encountered.
