Arriving late I was apprehensive I'd be seen. However, front the moment I entered I was well Recv'd and treated importantly and respectfully. Love the treatment received and look forward to future pleasant visits.

I find everything about this office very efficient and helpful. I was extremely frustrated with this doctor, the first time I had met him. He was impatient and not willing to listen or respond to my concerns. I had the feeling that he couldn't wait until he got me out of the office. I have never had this experience with my other doctors at Vitua or Penn.

He left me a bit of confused so I'm going back to my other doctor to make things clear to me. We did arrange for a date for the surgery, but I'm still confused. He said there were other. He felt other things were involved but didn't explain to me what he meant by other things involved.

I was seen by staff and Dr. Porat within minutes of my appointment. I was extremely pleased with Dr. Porat's professionalism. My outcome for my double hip surgery was excellent and my quality of life has improved significantly. Thank you to the entire team.

Extraordinary care from Dr. Porat. I'd give home 100 stars and all the planets. I've been to several doctors in my 80 years and have never had a doctor that made me feel at home like Dr. Porat. Great attitude, caring, personable. He is the best as far as I'm concerned. If I ever need orthopedic care again I'm seeing Dr. Porat.

I just want to say Dr. Porat is amazing. He was a fantastic representative as a provider and I am continuing to use him. I am recommending him to anybody who would need an orthopedic surgeon and he's just exemplary. So that's the main thing. He is an exemplary, highly qualified physician in orthopedic surgery. That's about it.

Office staff was very friendly and professional. I did not wait long at all to see my doctor. It is a pleasure to go to that office. I am very pleased with my care that I receive at Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics.

I was very impressed with Dr. Manny there. I'm a retired nurse and I found him receptive to what I was saying, trying to figure out what was the best plan for me. So yes, I would recommend him and it was a good experience. Thank you.

Well this time I took at least 45 minutes to be seen. I arrived at 9:00 my appointment time, I did check in on line so all I had to do was pay for the visit. Upon arriving there was know one else in the waiting area. After Sitting down then at least 56 more patients arrived and all but one were seen before me. When I asked why it was taking so long I received an email stating my appointment had been moved back 45 minutes!! Not very happy about that.

I was disappointed that there was not any attempt at a physical exam of my hip to confirm source of my pain and discomfort. I was referred to a specialist based on testing performed previously and my verbal report to the medical assistant . I felt like I could have just messaged provider in my chart vs taking time out of my day and his for an appointment.

I seem to have an issue with the communication between my disability and the procedures that were involved and when I could come back to work and just there was a lack of communication between the doctor's office and my medical insurance people. Thanks. Bye.

Dr. Porat immediately put me at ease with his easy going personality. He explained the root of my problem and then gave me options to rid the pain. His injection in the knee was quick and painless. I would definitely go back to him again.
