I was very happy with the way I was treated. Everyone was very attentive to my needs and they listened and they stayed and watched over me until I was ready to be released to go home.

This was a 4-day post op appointment. NP had zero info on surgery. Talked over me when I TRIED asking questions. Had no interest in looking for answers. Just not the normal welcoming, and informative treatment I have seen in the past at Rockhill.

I was treated very politely. Everything was done very organized, very caring, and I would recommend that department for anything.

Home care instructions were not communicated well. I finally asked her for a letter and she provided that at check out. No empathy or consideration toward wife/caregiver who wraps bandages for husband who can’t do to right handed. Felt kicked out the door and checked u tube for what we needed to know.
