Everyone was kind. I really like the doctor, she took her time. I love bedside manner. I just wanted somebody to care about me and my health sincerely and truly so I was pleased.

It was my first time meeting Dr. Manek. She was very patient, took lots of time with me to get to know me and showed genuine interest in my medical history and how to improve it going forward.

I don’t feel that I was clearly heard by my physician

The doctor was a new doctor but she didn’t listen to our concerns. This was probably the worst doctor I have had in years. My husband also felt the same way about Dr. Manek.

Both the nurse who took my vitals and the doctor were very sensitive to my hearing disability and adjusted their speech to accommodate me. Very rare.
