Dr. Shmais greets me every time, and asks how I’m doing. She always looks directly at me and explains the path forward and why she’s doing things in that way. She tells me what medications to take or stop taking and why. She has a long term and short term plans and knows my concerns. She’s very prompt in replying to portal messages and sometimes even calls me after hours. When she leaves, she wishes me well and says she’s looking forward to seeing me at then next follow up, and reminds me to contact them with any questions. She seems genuinely concerned with my overall health, and wants to be sure I’m getting the best care in all respects.
