I was impressed that Dr Manahan reviewed my chart prior to the video meeting. I felt she was very well prepared to probe and ask additional questions to define my needs and take the next step. In additional the NP RAE followed up instantly and allowed me to move forward with a dermatology screening appointment. The appointment In the end of July.

Dr. Manahan's careful approach was one of the reasons more investigation was done Into my Issue, and problem that needed to be addressed before Plastic Surfery could do their work. Without her, this ongoing problem would have persisted. She also used the most conservative approach as possible, which in my case resulted in less scarring and an over-all improved outcome.
