Doctor and staff are great! The wait was excessive to get back to them though.

The wait time was inexcusably long. I had an 11:00 appointment and didn't get seen by the doctor until 1:30. I was so exhausted and stressed by the time I saw him I really did't feel like my engagement level was at 100%.

I was there for a consultation and everyone was friendly, courteous and professional from check-in to leaving! I really felt that the Dr listened and empathized with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Physicians were attentive & caring. Actually did a physical exam. Explained my condition both verbally & visually (I was shown my x-rays & MRI.) I felt seen as a person. Dr [last name] & Dr Okor are rare examples of what physicians should be.

The wait time was on the long side but sometimes providers get behind and that was the only negative. I felt listened to and that is a 10 for me. All staff were pleasant and informative and sensitive to my highly emotional state at this time.

We got in for an appointment sooner than we thought we might. Everyone was very nice and efficient. The Doctor was great. He took plenty of time with us explaining about my problem and how he was going to handle it. It just took a while for him to get into our room.

I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received from the staff. I am most impressed by Dr. Okor’s interest in my care and the time he took to talk with me and answer all my questions. I feel I couldn’t place my trust and neurological care in better hands.

I really appreciate Dr Okor. He's very thorough and precise. He spent plenty of time with us to make sure we understood the treatment plan. I'm not sure where we end up but I have confidence we're taking the right steps.
