The attention to detail and attitude of every single member on the team was by far satisfactory. They each made me feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. They erased my nervous and anxious emotions with ease. I couldn't ask for a better support from my own home. I am very appreciative to every person in the facility because they made me feel like they wanted me to be there. Like they really are they to help me and to benefit me because it what they do. Real smiles and real concern. A++

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Okor and I would give a “10” based on him alone. Everyone else I came into contact with on the day of my appointment were friendly and professional. However, trying to get an appointment was difficult…communicating what tests were required before getting an appointment was not clear, there was a lot of miscommunication between Dr Okor’s office and my primary’s office and one person on the phone was terribly rude. Dr Okor is great; part of his office staff needs to shape up.

Only 15-20 minutes in main waiting room, but over an hour in the treatment room. However, the doctor spent almost an hour explaining my options and answering all my questions. So it was worth it.

Yes, I love how Dr. Okor took his time and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Okor on my previous visit and I was no less impressed on my visit yesterday.

Greatly appreciate care by entire staff and Dr Okor. All were excellent. On my first visit entered in a wheelchair. My last visit I entered walking freely from parking lot to clinic. My sincere thanks to all. I can understand the waiting time.

Personnel were very knowledgeable and were not rushed when they spent time with me although they were running behind. The only negative was wheelchair transport. I was in a great deal of pain and had trouble walking. We waited quite a long time after transport was called and finally I decided to walk out.

I was amazed at the time Dr Okor took with me, he explained everything to its's fullest and answered all the questions I had , great bed side manor. His NP was very welcoming and she did an great job looking at me and very knowledgeable. The first girl that took my BP and temp etc. was as sweet as they come and cute personality . Very impressed overall.

I had a great first visit with Dr. Okor. I did have to wait a considerable amount of time, but the staff was so nice and made efforts to make everyone comfortable. Dr. Okor and Amy were very thorough and made sure I understood everything regarding my condition and treatment options. I appreciate him taking his time with me. You can really tell how much he cares for his patients.

The triage went well!! She did it so when a room became available, I could go right in. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Okor!!! He was so gentle and explained things to me so I could understand them. He answered all my questions. I just felt like I had been his patient all the time. I am a [age] year old patient and was so nervous, but as soon as he walked in the door the way he greeted me relaxed me. Sometime doctors come in with attitudes. NOT Dr. Okor! I have been telling my girlfriends and family how great he was at explaining my condition. Thank you UAB for employing Dr. Okor.

Very nice sometimes you may have to wait and sometimes you don’t. Dr. Okor is a Fine Dr. would recommend and use him again if needed. His team is Great as well very nice.

The doctor and the assistant were very knowledgeable of the reason i was being seen by them they were very patient and they listened to what i had to say or ask without making me feel as though they were in a hurry.

Everyone we encountered was friendly, patient, and thorough. If we decide to proceed with care, I expect that things will remain the same. Dr Okor and his NP were especially thorough and spent plenty of time speaking with us to help us be informed and advised.

I was pretty happy with the staff & Dr Okor. I especially appreciate them getting me an appointment when none was available. However, I do want to say that I was not happy with having to wait almost 2 hours before I saw the doctor. The staff did communicate with me during the delay, which was good, but it seems like maybe the doctor is over booked. Thank you.

My husband and I were impressed with Dr. Mamerhi Okor, CRNP Paula [ ], his nurse Brittany and his entire staff!! What a super team!! Dr. Okor was very thorough and took the time to explain everything going on with my back while displaying my MRI!! Such an in-depth explanation! We are very thankful for him and his caring heart!! Looking forward to my future with him leading the way!!! He is a doctor who is only going to do what is best for his patients 😀😀
