All staff was very nice and gave me very detailed information that was easy to understand. I had to wait longer than expected but staff checked in on me often.

Staff was friendly, empathetic, helpful & efficient. Facility was great & Dr Okor took the time to show me the exact problem on my MRI with easily understood explanations & our A, B & C plans going forward!

Physicians were attentive & caring. Actually did a physical exam. Explained my condition both verbally & visually (I was shown my x-rays & MRI.) I felt seen as a person. Dr [last name] & Dr Okor are rare examples of what physicians should be.

The wait time was on the long side but sometimes providers get behind and that was the only negative. I felt listened to and that is a 10 for me. All staff were pleasant and informative and sensitive to my highly emotional state at this time.

The clinic visit was very efficient and all the staff were great to work with. Dr. Okor was very clear about my condition and the best options going forward. I left with a plan to address my nerve issue and felt fully supported.

We got in for an appointment sooner than we thought we might. Everyone was very nice and efficient. The Doctor was great. He took plenty of time with us explaining about my problem and how he was going to handle it. It just took a while for him to get into our room.

I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received from the staff. I am most impressed by Dr. Okor’s interest in my care and the time he took to talk with me and answer all my questions. I feel I couldn’t place my trust and neurological care in better hands.

I really appreciate Dr Okor. He's very thorough and precise. He spent plenty of time with us to make sure we understood the treatment plan. I'm not sure where we end up but I have confidence we're taking the right steps.

Dr. Okor and his staff were great. Lab was little slow and I had to reschedule due to another appointment. But they were kind enough to get me in later in the day.

Everyone very professional and polite. Questions were answered and explanations given were easy to understand. Folks at UAB are typically pretty nice, but this clinic was really good.

Dr. Okor is one in a million! I am blessed with to be under his care. However, it is not easy for me to see him. I had to wait 5 hours before I saw him. I arrived at 11:30 am for a 12:45 appt. I saw him at 5:00 pm.

Dr Okor and staff are patient and kind. Most of all Dr Okor takes time to listen and develop a plan of care. I trust him and I trust what he recommends is what he would recommend for a family member.

I was extremely pleased with the whole staff from the young man who brought me up to the waiting area to the whole staff and doctor. They were awesome, kind, pleasant, friendly, and professional. Please tell Ms Felecia, the nurse who was the triage nurse, and Ms Paula the NP, thanks for being so friendly and very professional. To Dr Okor, thanks for his wisdom, knowledge, kindness and professionalism that was shown to me. I really felt that he wanted what was best for me and my health. Thanks everyone !!!
