Everyone was very professional and nice. I could not have made the experience to UAB any better than it was. I really appreciated everything they did and how well they explained my plan of care to me and my wife.

Dr. Okor did a fantastic job repairing my back. Since having my back surgery 2 years ago I have been virtually pain free. I have had occasional pain but I believe that it was due to muscular pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Okor to anyone needing the type of surgery that I had.

I had the best experience with Dr. Okor!! He was knowledgeable , answered all my questions, asked me great questions. Patient with my inability to answer some questions Came up with a recommended plan and asked me to allow him to follow up with me! Such genuine care for my well being and gave me his undivided attention for way longer than any other Dr. ever! It was difficult news to hear but his compassion and expertise as a Dr. helped tremendouslyThank you!!!

The whole staff were very welcoming and kind and kept us informed of possible delays. Dr. Okor took his time and explained things extremely well.

Dr okor very thorough, did not treat me like I was dumb, explained in detail, did not make me feel like my problems were minor, and recognized that I did have some problems even if they were not severe enough to warrant surgery.
Also they gave us snacks and drinks while waiting

The staff was very professional in establishing my condition for the doctor's visit. The doctor listened and explained without rushing and offered options explaining the benefits of each option.

Really liked Dr. Okor’s expertise and assessment of my condition. He took time and answered all my questions. It was a bit of a wait, but thankful he was willing to take time with us.

The staff is great always looking out for your needs, especially Britney she couldn’t do enough for us there was a mixup with my appointment and we had to wait 3 hours to see the doctor but she checked with us through out the time to see if we were comfortable or needed anything. She’s the best and a great asset to the team.

I always receive the best care from Dr.Okor and his CRNP Paula [ ]! They are always very respectful and helpful. During every appointment, DrOkor always gives us plenty of time to ask questions and receive answers. Dr Okor already performed 2 Neck surgeries on me, and I Trust him and Paula [ ] completely. Dr.Okor is the best doctor at UAB Neurosurgery.
