She was able to make me an almost immediate appointment for an ultra sound. She later communicated my test results via MyChart

I appreciated the mirror masking. I mask inside still to protect my at risk family and often interact with medical providers who don’t mask or ask me if I would prefer it. It was nice for it to just be mirrored and not a big deal.

I would like to see my pcp more often than the pA’s. That’s my only issue is that she is always booked. I can also utilize Trlehealth as well so that should be an option in case appointments are not open to see Dr. Malik

Calling in to Trinity is a nightmare. An easy phone call takes 20-60mins to get someone on the phone, if someone answers. Unacceptable
