Dr. Malekar is a very knowledgeable, caring, and a patient physician. She does not rush you through the visit and makes sure that you understand what she advises or describes any issues without using medical terms that can overwhelm a patient. She is a great asset to Franciscan. Angela Avgerinos

I'm a new patient and didn't really take the time to talk to me or get to know me. It was more rushed and didn't feel comfortable with her. I feel that if you're going to be my PCP you should take time to talk to me.

Dr Malekar took her time explaining my lab results and what action needed on my numbers that were not in range. I had a couple of health concerns she reassured me the issues I had were normal and no need to be alarmed.
