This was a TeleHealth visit. Dr. Floyd, as he always does, explained things to me in a way I could understand. He took time with me and he didn't rush me. He answered every question or concern that I had.

I love Dr. Floyd and his nurse Shandra. There has never been a time when I needed to be seen and I wasn't accommodated. Dr. Floyd goes above and beyond his call of duty. He listens and I never feel rushed. I can't express how blessed I am to have such a wonderful Physician in my hometown. THANK YOU DR. FLOYD AND SHANDRA FOR ALL YOU DO! God bless you both!

DR. FLOYD WAS MY PROVIDER IN ALBANY, GA. WHERE I RESIDE. HE WAS LOCATED ON DAWSON RD. WITH PHOEBE FAMILY CARE. I WAS LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR AND A FRIEND TOLD ME TO TRY HIM AND I'M SO VERY GLAD I DID. DR. FLOYD IS A VERY CARING AND CONSIDERATE DOCTOR. HE ALWAYS EXPLAINES MY HEALTH CONDITIONS TO ME SO I WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ME. HE TAKES TIME TO ASK ABOUT MY MEDICATIONS IF I'M HAVING ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AND EVEN HOW MY PHARMACY IS TREATING ME WHEN I GO TO PICK UP MEDICINE. I WOULDN'T TRADE DR. FLOYD FOR NOTHING. WHEN HE MOVED TO AMERICUS, I ASKED THAT THEY SEND MY RECORDS BECAUSE I WAS AND STILL AM DRIVING THERE TO BE UNDER HIS CARE.
