Doctor Floyd was very attentive and present during the appointment. He asked follow up questions about my health and over all being. He showed that my health was very important to him and wanted to insure my health stay intact. I appreciate the attentiveness that he shows us as patients. And I say us because I’m sure I’m not the only patient that he shows how much he cares for them. If all PPG doctors were like this they would have a good roster of doctors on their hands. I also appreciate his assistant Shandra she always listens when I let her know why I’m there she doesn’t hesitate or make me wait when I need refills that I may have forgotten during my visit and she has just the best attitude and energy. They make a great team!

Dr. Floyd is always welcoming, considerate, knowledgeable, and patient. He always takes the time to listen to any of my complaints and asks follow-up questions that prove that he is really listening. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a primary care physician in this area. He's simply the BEST!
