Dr Kefri is great! He was kind, even took the time to call me on our way home from the facility In Midland. I know he is busy. That one small act of kindness meant a lot to me. Shows how much he genuinely cares about his patients. He’s a keeper for sure! I feel very fortunate that he’s on my team!

Dr. Kefri is extremely kind, understand and patient. He thoughtfully considers his answers to my questions. I’m a new patient and I’m in the middle of ruling out lung cancer, and Dr. Kefri has been very reassuring. I’m very happy with my care so far.

Helpful staff from making the appointment to check in/out, and the nurse was great too. While my issue was not life threatening, it was good to get a professional opinion and answers I was seeking. I felt heard. Really liked the doctor’s input and can’t wait to get back to running!

I felt very dismissed when I talked to him about previous medical care and diagnosis that I have had received from previous hospitals and he argued about it with me which caused me to shut down and not feel heard

I was somewhat disappointed at first. When Dr. Kefri entered the exam room, he began addressing my husband as he thought he was the patient. It was obvious that, even though I was a new patient, he had not reviewed or looked at my chart prior to coming in the room. I corrected him immediately. After that, the experience went smoothly and questions were answered and he changed my meds to best suit my condition
