I felt very dismissed when I talked to him about previous medical care and diagnosis that I have had received from previous hospitals and he argued about it with me which caused me to shut down and not feel heard

I was somewhat disappointed at first. When Dr. Kefri entered the exam room, he began addressing my husband as he thought he was the patient. It was obvious that, even though I was a new patient, he had not reviewed or looked at my chart prior to coming in the room. I corrected him immediately. After that, the experience went smoothly and questions were answered and he changed my meds to best suit my condition

This doctor was easy to talk to, answered what I asked, suggested further treatment without pressure to commit to any procedure. I really liked his honest straightforward approach to situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this kind of treatment. The other dr observing in the room was great also. Five stars for sure😀
