Dr is great, listen to are concerns and answers are questions in a way we could understand!! As to the office staff/ appointment scheduler they need to be reprimanded for not returning phone calls and not being Curtis to patients !!!

I wasn't impressed with Dr Kefri but that's my opinion. I don't want to be a patient of his. I need to feel comfortable with a doctor that is treating me and I don't feel comfortable with Dr Kefri at all. He showed no sympathy, or empathy towards my condition and offered no hope. The best thing Dr Kefri did for me was to offer his prayers ( which I appreciate) and referred me to University of Michigan cancer center.

I was so blessed with how honest and truly caring the doctor was throughout the appointment. I appreciated his explanations of different aspects of what my situation is. He answered questions no other doctor has been able to do. I am truly grateful.

Dr. Kefri spends the time with you that is needed for your appointment. He goes into great detail to answer any of your concerns. I hold him in very high regard as a physician.

When we arrived for appointment, (2) in the past month, we were called back within 5 min. And then the dr came in as soon as nurse was done with questions. The staff from check in to check out was super friendly, and I actually enjoyed my visit, which surprised me. I wish all of my drs were like this.

Gentle but direct communication from Doctor. Pleasant nurse. Doctor has a difficult job sharing unfortunate medical information.

He is very nice explains the questions you asked him. Had a genuine care for you. Most of all he is a believer 🙏 and told my husband he will pray for him. That was do great to hear from a Doctor.

Dr. Kefri listens, converses in a matter of fact, thoughtful way. He wants to understand me and wants me to understand him. He called me personally to discuss results of tests...very appreciated. I feel that he truly cares about my health and wellbeing.

Dr Kefri is great! He was kind, even took the time to call me on our way home from the facility In Midland. I know he is busy. That one small act of kindness meant a lot to me. Shows how much he genuinely cares about his patients. He’s a keeper for sure! I feel very fortunate that he’s on my team!

Dr. Kefri is extremely kind, understand and patient. He thoughtfully considers his answers to my questions. I’m a new patient and I’m in the middle of ruling out lung cancer, and Dr. Kefri has been very reassuring. I’m very happy with my care so far.
