The provider, Dr Maharaj is approachable, gentle in his caring for you, understandable, explaining in details his findings and plan of treatments in order to bring comfort, ease and satisfaction from whatever the discomfort is you are experiencing. His apprachableness is is remarkable. A very knowledgeable doctor indeed.

Dr. Marahraj was very kind. He and his technicians listened to me and understood...not done in the past. ......treated poorly .... Would not listen and put me down and my siggestions were to no avail.

Dr. Maharaj is kind and pleasant. He wants me to take my conditions lightly. On the other hand, I do better when I can ask questions, no matter how irrelevant they may seem, and have a conversation about my overall eye health rather than only aspects related to possible future surgeries. I dedicate my entire day to my ophthalmology visit twice a year (including challenging travel), so I expect a little more attention to my sometimes quirky questions. Grateful nonetheless.

My scheduled ophthalmologist was not available to see me as he needed to attend an emergency pt. I was appointed a very knowledgeable MD in substitute. It's reassuring to know Doc us available for emergent pts!

I was expecting laser eye surgery upon arrival as communicated to me by my local ophthalmologist. My local Dr did not send my medical records and the laser was not scheduled. This was not communicated to me until my arrival at bascom Palmer. Turned out they scheduled emergency surgery the next day bypassing the laser to implant a zen drainage tube and hereby am, once again in your waiting room. A BIG THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME GET THE CARE I TRULY NEEDED AND FOR UNDERSTANDING ALL MY FRUSTRATIONS.
