I want to start by saying that my doctor at Bascom Palmer is truly excellent. He is one of the best physicians I have ever seen, and I am extremely grateful for the care, attention, and professionalism he consistently provides.
He takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure I feel comfortable and informed about my treatment. His knowledge and dedication are outstanding, and I fully trust him with my eye care.
Overall, I have had a very positive experience with my doctor, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking expert ophthalmologic care.

I couldn’t comment on the scheduling process because, as I mentioned before, I was referred by another doctor’s office and was not the one who made the appointment. However, I had a very positive experience. I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism throughout my visit. The staff was exceptional and made me feel welcome and comfortable.
