This was the first time seeing Monica and I thought she was very thorough and spent enough time with me to fully discuss my concerns. She did not seem rushed or she was trying to move onto the next patient. I really appreciated that part of the visit.

Monica was extremely thorough, took time to fully understand my issue, asking questions and telling me what she was testing to learn, suspected problem and gave timely answer. She also followed up next day. Excellent practitioner!

Dr Monica is a great doctor. She always takes a good amount of time with me. She makes sure I understand her opinions. She talks with us as she knows you like family. She remembers past medical issues and stays up with my health care. It's great to have doctors like this. I always tell friends and family how much I like this doctors office and how good the doctors are. Excellent care from excellent doctors. Plus I never have to wait long before being seen. Thank you.

Monica is such an asset to your team. She listens, asks pertinent questions about me as a person, follows up and asks questions about medical procedures done elsewhere and treats everyone with kindness, empathy, and respect as a real thinking and feeling person, not just a collection of symptoms or test results.

Ms Magowan (Monica) was everything a caring, concerned Nurse Practitioner should be! She was an excellent listener. Patient. Respectful. Asking intelligent questions to “draw out” the necessary and appropriate information about my overall health issues...including personal, family issues that weigh heavily on my mental health. She responded quickly with the tests I need for the medical problem I am experiencing. I could not be more impressed with her quality care! I hope she has a long future at this facility!
