Monica is the best! She spends all of the time with us we need and genuinely cared about the patient.

I tend to talk and I had a couple things I was concerned about that I'm sure I took WAY too much of Monica's time discussing. That said, she was very patient and engaged with me.

Monica was wonderful to listen to my concerns take into account what I brought up about my lab work that had been done and I had questions about and looking forward as to what my current problem was and how we could come to an answer with that.

The NP that I see Monica is always very kind caring and great to deal with explains everything well and is easy to talk to.

Monica is extraordinary. She always engages in friendly professional conversations. She listens to me and prescribes the appropriate treatment. I always feel that I am in good hands.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Monica Magowan was exceptional! She evaluated the emotional, mental struggle due to prolonged physical disabilities and medical intervention over past 25 years. She was patient, sensitive, offered excellent advice regarding physical improvement with lifestyle adjustments, including diet, physical activity. Truly a psychological as well as medical informational positive visit/appointment. (Response from patient’s wife)

Everyone is always so kind when you come in. I haven’t seen Konica my past two visits. My last visit was with Monica again and it was so nice to be seen by her. Everyone just listens very well and makes me feel comfortable.

I am always happy to see Monica. She is sensitive to whatever I have going on and really seems to listen and care about me. Everyone in this office is very friendly and personable.

Monica was very intent listening to me and sympathizing with the length of my problem now around 8 months on going. She made suggestions for next round of pain relief of if I still need in an a couple weeks.

Everyone i saw the morning of my appointment was very kind and professional. Monica as always was prompt and helpful. She listens intently and is willing to discuss my health with understanding. I never have felt rushed and have always been told to reach out for any health issues. I have and will continue to recommend family physicians of Bethalto.

The entire staff at Bethalto facility are kind, professional and have always met my needs. My visits with Monica have always answered my questions, met my needs. She makes me feel very comfortable.

Monica is the best! So kind and knowledgeable. Explains everything so clearly. Her nurse Stacy is awesome! She is friendly & makes me feel so comfortable & relaxed. She even gave me a crash course on his to use the MyChart app on my phone!

Monica was very professional. She took her time and listened to all my concerns. I feel very comfortable talking to her about anything. She is an excellent nurse practitioner. Family physicians of Bethalto is very lucky to have her.
