The Doctor took the time to explain to me the procedure that she was doing during the visit and why it was necessary. She went over my test results and explained in detail the upcoming surgery. All my questions were answered and she explained what she will do and the my recovery time period.

Irina always takes the time to listen to me - regardless of how busy she and/or the office is. This visit specifically - she sat with me and heard me out. More so - it was really helpful to hear her thoughts/have the support.
