Nurse Jeri went above and beyond in providing full instructions on how to move forward on [ ], even mostly filling out the required form and giving it to me. All I need to do is call the Genetic testing provider. Excellent! Also, Tenley, who takes care of [ ], was diligent in going over / reviewing all the important steps in preparation for an [ ] - adding explicit dates to each of the rquired steps - each of which was described initially as "two days before," "one day before," etc. Also excellent

Every time I am in this office I am amazed at how well it is ran. They have always been on time or early, organized, professional, and most helpful. Additionally, I am in awe of Dr. Bakr. I have never encountered another doctor that takes the time to review your medical history with you in such detail that lets the patient know he is fully aware of your health concerns yet makes you feel like you are part of the process. Dr. Bakr is most definitely the best doctor I have ever been to. Kudos to him and the entire Eagleview team.

Two ladies stood out. SUSAN answered the phone and was absolutely fabulous! Susan is empathetic and kind. She sensed my apprehension and was very reassuring. TENLEY is a patient woman! For the second time she sat and explained everything I am to do to prep for my procedure. She is extremely thorough. She detailed everything until I understood my prep regimen.
