Dr Maestas, he really takes time listening and coming up with a plan to try to find you some relief from all your ailments and thorough when explaining. It’s a 40 min drive from my house and I am ok with that 👍

Dr. Maestas is a true professional. He takes as much time as he needs to explain and make sure you understand whatever may be a concern. I love how he not merely provides his opinion but goes on his computer to share certain aspects that further clarify something addressing my concern. He is thorough in his examination but does not waste time. To be succinct, Dr. Maestas exhibits excellence and extraordinary patient care! He should be a BJC treasure!

Dr. Maestas, he is an Exter extraordinary physician. He’s been my doctor for at least 35 years and my family he listens to you. He makes sure we address all my concerns never find another PCP like him. He gets a 10 star rating.

I have been Visiting the BJC Ledu Road and it has been nothing but a pleasure it’s a little further than where I live, but it’s worth every extra mile thank you for the excellent exceptional service.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I have no complaints at all. Once he gets in the room he stays there he communicate with you. He offer suggestions. He has very good bedside manners, and I greatly appreciate his services.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Maestas is a one of a kind doctor. I drive 30 minutes to see him because of the excellent care and kindness he shows to his patients. He never rushes you through and is such a good listener. He is smart about providing “do-able” steps to keep you healthy. He is as therapeutic to talk to as well as being an excellent physician.

Dr. Maestas is an extremely professional and knowledgeable doctor. This is my second time and every time we meet I leave with peace of mind he makes the visits very educational and peaceful which sometimes can be scary to make doctor appointments. He is very helpful and I really like his staff as well. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming.

The intake staff was very thoughtful and knowledgeable. Dr Maestas was very knowledgeable about my health seemed calm and very thorough on exam. Reviewed everything with me prior to my departure. Appreciate his professionalism.

Wait time was to long. My appointment was for 9 didn’t see Dr till 9:45.

Very friendly staff and I am very happy with my new doctor, Dr Maetes. He listens and gave me some great suggestions to think about regarding my blood pressure concerns.

Dr. Maestas was excellent! It was a great experience, better than I could have hoped for. After my previous doctor retired several years back, I hopped around a couple of doctors, but found the experience with them less than satisfactory. Conversely, Dr. Maestas listened to my concerns, didn't rush me, provided practical solutions that fit my health. I couldn't be more pleased.

This was my first appointment with Dr Maestra after my previous primary doctor retired. I liked him but I have never experienced the complete and thorough care, explanations and clear direction I received from Dr Maestra. His staff was warm, welcoming and professional. I have complete confidence in my care from this group, very grateful to have found them.

Dr. Maestes and his crew were highly professional and caring. I’m a new patient and the difference between my former doctor and Dr. M is stunning. Dr. M is patient, practical, kind, and current. A natural caregiver. So glad I switched to Dr. M and BJC.

Time from apt to actually seeing the doctor. It was close to an hour. Not a problem for me but might be for others.
