What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Matuka is really great. However, my biggest drawback is that the provider is consistently late to appointment times and not just typically like 15 or 20 minutes. The last appointment I had with her, I sat and waited for her 45 minutes past my original appointment time because she was on a web call, I guess. It is a little frustrating that so much courtesy is expected out of me when I know if it were the other way around, that would not, your office would not extend that towards me if I had to guess.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
This is my first time visiting her and I really appreciate her still taking the time to make sure to answer all my questions and check in with all the stuff and making sure that she had everything correct in her notes, especially with it being a first-time appointment. That made me feel a whole lot better because I've been had a hard time finding like a really good doctor that listens. So that really meant a lot to me. And I appreciated her also mentioning the things that she knows from other doctors and being willing to work together with all the different lab works as well. I appreciate her recognizing that and paying attention to that for sure.

Dr. Manduka is very kind, open, and friendly, and I've enjoyed all of my visits with her, which I think have only been two or three, but I have enjoyed them. She's a very pleasant person to deal with, and I like the way she handles things. Thank you.

I’ve only been a patient of Dr. Faith for a short while, but already I’ve noticed that she’s listens and cares she doesn’t treat the patients or me like a file, let me get this one out of the way and get to the next one. I really appreciate that.

This was my daughter's first visit with Dr. Maduca. She really enjoyed meeting her and felt very comfortable with her. The only suggestion for improvement would just be the amount of time we waited. It was over an hour from our appointment time that we actually saw the physician. Thanks.

First of all, I would recommend Dr. McDougal's staff and also Dr. McDougal to any of my friends and family. In fact, I have already spoke to my son about having Dr. McDougal as his primary physician. I could not ask for a better service than what I received there. And I look forward to seeing Dr. McDougal and her staff on my next visit.

It was my first time meeting with Dr Maduka. She is outstanding, very compassionate, knowledgeable, great at listening and explaining. Her assistant was really great as well. They are a smart, caring team of professionals!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Maduka and she was a delight. My conversation with her, both medical and “getting acquainted “, was pleasant and upbeat. I never felt that she was rushing to get out of the room. Although I was not happy to see my doctor leave, I will be very happy with Dr. Maduka as my new primary.

I appreciate the professionalism of the two people I saw, including Dr. Maduka. My life is not going great right now, so I appreciate her listening to my problems. I don’t have anyone else here to talk to.
Plus, I’ve encountered some doctors in the past who don’t care about patients and can’t wait to leave the consulting room. So my experience here stood out.

Mrs. Faith was amazing. I mean, 10 out of 10 across the board, including her staff. She's very knowledgeable, very informative, very relatable, and just overall just a beautiful personality and so easy to deal with and talk to.

Everyone was so kind from the moment I walked in. It was my first visit there and Dr. Maduka was wonderful. She had great bedside manner and took time to talk with me without things feeling like a "harsh, clinical" setting. Very happy to have her as my new doctor!

The Dr. listened, she was very attentive., asked her questions, and she answered them. If I didn't know what she was talking about, she broke it down so I could understand. She is a very good Dr. I am very pleased with her.

From the time I checked in through the time I saw the physician, all was efficient & seamless. This operation felt like a well-oiled machine. No complaints or suggestions for change, just accolades for a job well done.
