Dr. Moak was personable and knowledgeable. This was my first appointment with her and I am glad she’s my new primary doctor.

The resident and student doctors are great. The supervising physician needs a bit of work on personality and bedside manner. They seemed annoyed that they had to come in and evaluate a perplexing medical issue I was having that the resident doctor wasn't comfortable calling on her own (which I don't blame her).

Yes, I was there this past week and she's prescribed a medicine for me, the doctor, and it's not covered under my insurance. And I've left two messages and I'm still hopeful that she will get back to me. It's been two days, so I will call her again next week if she hasn't gotten back to me. And I'm sure they're really busy, but I would like to get this taken care of. Thank you.
