This was a walk clinic appt. I was very impressed and will use them whenever I can’t see my dr. They were very concerned and when needed assistance. She wasn’t to go get help to answer her questions for me. She referred me to gynecologist department unfortunately I have not heard back from them. I will wait til Monday afternoon before I call. This is not the first time I’ve had problems getting into a referral. Maddie’s personality was very cheerful and refreshing. Will back if needed

Madison O'Boyle was an excellent provider. She listened to my concerns and immediately set up an ultrasound to start looking into the lump on my neck. My appointment was in the afternoon, shortly after my visit. As soon as she got the results, she called me at home to let me the results. She also posted the information in my portal and made sure my personal physician had the information as well. Madison provided excellent medical care and I would definitely go back to her and recommend her to others. Thank you!

This was my first experience with Maddie. She was fantastic I'm helping me when my primary doctor was unavailable to help me with an acute health problem. I felt heard, helped, and respected during this experience. This has not always been my experience with providers so I greatly value Maddie for making me feel this way and helping me to get feeling better.

This is absolutely the best Urgent care Office I have ever experienced. The providers listen very carefully. Document issues that need to be followed up on. They can’t order things or make referrals like yourPCP can, but they can provide reassurance and direction in an urgent medical situation.

I made an appointment to see Carley Huelskamp online. I came to the appointment and they had nothing scheduled. Don’t have a lot of faith in your on line system. So they sent me to the walk in clinic where Madison took care of my problem.. (Ear Infection) Madison was great. She is the reason I am not upset with your system.

I used Mid Michigan’s “Urgent” care for a sinus/ear infection to get some relief. I happen to have Madison for my care and she is good at what she does. She is very personable.

I just went to urgent care because the left side of my face was swelled because of a couple bad teeth, I was given a steroid shot, prednisone and an antibiotic for my teeth. Madison Oboyle did a wonderful job. The swelling in my face finally went down to almost normal..

Nice office that is clean and organized. Friendly staff. Help was quick. Madison was very kind but we were told to come back in for an ear flush but she said it could make the was blockage worse so it was up to me as to what to do. I chose to not do the ear flush based on this but I just was frustrated with the two conflicting suggestions. One doc telling me to get the ear flush and the other basically saying it was up to me…had to spend time and another copay to come in.
