This type of attentive, respectful care, should be the norm not the exception, but this dr and staff are exceptional.

I have a major objection to making an appointment with a doctor and then not seeing a doctor. If I wanted to see a nurse or a practitioner, I would probably make an appointment with that person. I object to that very, very strongly.

The appointment felt a bit rushed, was dissatisfied there was no EKG. The provider didn't recheck pulse or BP like we were told. She didn't fully know medical history. Wasn't easy getting to this appointment was hoping for at the very least, an EKG like we were told to expect when scheduling.

All of them are going to be used at home. I'm thinking of St. Patrick's Day, and the doctors are wonderful. So, please, like I said, once again, I would recommend this to everyone.

My daughter and I were extremely impressed with Madisen. She was very thorough and easy to talk with. She was very attentive to my heart issue and made appropriate changes, order blood tests and issued a heart monitor for 7 days. We loved her and loved even the way she was dressed!

I think the communication between nursing staff and the patient really needs to be improved. I also think that the time between trying to make an appointment and that actual appointment is much too long. My cardiologist, whom I like very much, is still trying to diagnose my condition accurately and is sent me for many tests, most of which I don't get a complete answer for, and that's why I went to this appointment, tried to get in some more information. The information I got did not agree with the information that I got on my email reminding me of my upcoming testing appointment. So it's very confusing.

Every single time we come into that office, everyone is kind. Everyone makes healthy eye contact. Everyone acknowledges us. Everyone treats us with respect. I'm hoping you will share this with everyone in the office. We very much appreciate it. Thank you.
