Primary care requested this ASAP. I received a call that there were cancelations and I got in to see the provider in just over a week. This quick time frame exceeded my expectations. Provider was very thorough in going over history and plans going forward. 5 stars!!

My new doctor was very personable, professional and supportive of care. She reviewed my medications and made recommendations on how to use them and their effects. Hope to see her in the future.

Madhu was amazing. As a healthcare provider myself I have very high standards for the care I give and what I expect in return. She was kind, compassionate, bright, prepared and personable with good eye contact inspite of the required attention to technology. She was a good listener and I felt very much a part of the team.

Nurse Khatri was thorough and I could tell she advocated for my health and well-being. In my 12 year journey with thyroid problems, I didn’t feel like my hormone and endocrine health was a guessing game with more valleys than peaks. Khatri had researched my health post thyroidectomy and knew how I was feeling before I even began chronicling up to where I am today. Thank you for putting together a wonderful team of endocrinologist care at Renown! While I fully respect my ENT who handled my endo treatment since 2013, I’m excited we have a plan moving forward and I’m in great hands. Thank you!

Madhu Dewan, APRN and Her Assistant diplayed examplary communication skills, bedside manner, and professionalism. They both take a proactive approach while remaining efficient and most importantly, kind. When I had a question aftet my appointment , the response time was impressive- I feel as though I am now less alone in facing my new diagnosis of T1.5 Diabetes...that I have reliable guidance by providers genuinely invested in my care and wellness. Fantastic provider. I am in the best control I have ever been due to Madhu effort's. I am a complex dm 1. With multiple comorbidities; she ties all of my problems together and manages them beautifully.

Everyone was wonderful. The girl who ran my AIC and did my vitals was outstanding. She demonstrated the best infection prevention practices I’ve witnessed in any office visit. Excellent hand hygiene when she entered and left the room and during the visit, she cleaned all the equipment before and after use, and she had great customer service. Thank you!

I absolutely adore Madhu and the entire team there. Madhu is one of the best endocrinology providers that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. And that's saying a lot because diabetics experience a lot of medical gaslighting. She is amazing. Please don't ever let her go.

Mahdu is very friendly, personable, and caring. She was ready and aware of my thyroid problem. She explained my bloodwork and talked to me about treatment, follow up tests and appointments. I believe in Mahdu!!
