The only reason the health care provider didn’t know much about my health history is because this was a new patient visit and we’d never met before. I was thoroughly impressed with the time Madhu Dewan Khatri spent addressing each of my needs & questions . She is an excellent listener & extremely knowledgeable & most helpful. Shes the best endocrinologist I’ve seen in over a decade & I’m so excited & feel really blessed to have such an outstanding provider finally!

I'm very pleased with Madhu's service. She's the best doctor that I've ever had. I like her attitude. She's very knowledgeable about the endocrinology. She's very helpful to give me suggestions of what I should do to better my health and she knows personal information and she remembers it for the next visit even though the next visit's three months away. So I'm very pleased with her service.

APRN Madhu Dewan-Khatri & Nurse Itzell are exceptional specialty professionals who I find to be compassionate knowledgeable human beings with excellent bedside manner. Their insight, prompt clear communication, and professional guidance have been unparalleled while navigating this mid-life diagnosis and treatment of LADA treated as Type 1 Diabetes. With full confidence I would recommend them to friends and family. I would also like to note that the front office staff and the (I assume) medical assistant who walked Me to my room and took my vitals were warm, pleasant, and professional while remaining friendly and kind. Nobody wants to be diagnosed with LADA/ Treated as Type 1 Diabetes-to be insulin dependent, but I couldn't imagine a better medical experience for something so life changing. In this visit instance- I was having a particularly difficult time managing with lows/highs as a fairly new MDI patient, and was due for my 2nd appointment later in the month. She was able to find time in the schedule to see Me earlier, which for many people in the US frequently unheard of for Endocrinology specialists. Madhu listened to my concerns, asked important questions and tactfully presented solutions, insight, and support while also respecting my autonomy in the decision making process. I left feeling more knowledgeable & optimistic about my condition, knowing that a pump is a opportunity to improve quality of life. To Me this is integral to a patient's sense of dignity- being heard, understood, presented with clear options and information while also being treated like a human being. I feel She truly has her patients' best interest at heart while also being passionate and knowledgeable about her profession/specialty. I am very grateful to be in the care of Medhu Dewan-Khatri and the staff at Renown Endocrinology, and couldn't imagine willingly going anywhere else for my Diabetes care/management. Thank you.

This trip in we encountered two different travel delays due to inclement weather and then a traffic bottle neck that made us miss our appointment time. I called the office and was able to reschedule my appointment for a later time and still get seen.

Primary care requested this ASAP. I received a call that there were cancelations and I got in to see the provider in just over a week. This quick time frame exceeded my expectations. Provider was very thorough in going over history and plans going forward. 5 stars!!

My new doctor was very personable, professional and supportive of care. She reviewed my medications and made recommendations on how to use them and their effects. Hope to see her in the future.

Nurse Khatri was thorough and I could tell she advocated for my health and well-being. In my 12 year journey with thyroid problems, I didn’t feel like my hormone and endocrine health was a guessing game with more valleys than peaks. Khatri had researched my health post thyroidectomy and knew how I was feeling before I even began chronicling up to where I am today. Thank you for putting together a wonderful team of endocrinologist care at Renown! While I fully respect my ENT who handled my endo treatment since 2013, I’m excited we have a plan moving forward and I’m in great hands. Thank you!

Fantastic provider. I am in the best control I have ever been due to Madhu effort's. I am a complex dm 1. With multiple comorbidities; she ties all of my problems together and manages them beautifully.
