Doctor need to continue with her education. Knows very basic and said she does not know how to help my child

Each doctor in the practice shows such expertise, knowledge and kindness to our family. We always trust the opinions of the doctors and appreciate the care they take with our children.

Dr. KATTURUPALLI misdiagnosed my daughter and now we are admitted to the hospital. So we are not completely happy that she misdiagnosed her.

This appointment was for a flu shot, so we didn't see a doctor, so the survey questions were hard to answer based on that, but the nurse that did the shot was amazing. Well, we got in, we got out, we got there early, they took us early. I would say the only improvement is the survey does not always coincide with the type of appointment, so it's difficult on my end to answer the questions. Otherwise, love the practice, love the doctors, love the nurses. Thank you.

Our recent experience was very disappointing. We intentionally scheduled with a specific doctor, only to be switched at the last minute because their credentials were not covered by our insurance. This was not communicated to us in advance, and instead we were placed with a provider we did not choose and did not want to see. We expect better communication and respect for our choices in the future.
