I had a great experience with my pre op surgery and post op I was very nervous and everyone treated me great and helped me get thru it.

I was very impressed with the office. I had never been there before. I'd always went down to Seoul. So, never being there before, I just had walked in because I was in severe pain. They just took me right in, and I was just very impressed with everyone that I ran into, and everyone took very good care of me. And overall, I would recommend anyone to go to that particular place. So, yeah, I was very impressed with everyone. Thank you.

Dr. [REDACTED] is one of the most caring doctors that I have run into in a long time. She really cared about me and what I was going through. She's extremely personable. I would recommend her to anyone needing a doctor for reconstructive orthopedics. I would trust her with my grandchildren. The entire staff at Virtua reconstructive orthopedics has always treated me well. I have nothing bad to say about any of them. I let them cut my neck open and operate on my spine. That requires an utmost level of trust.

While I recognizing that the employees are surrounded by people in pain who complain a lot, the receptionist checking out was not friendly was short, expecting me to answer questions on where to go that I feel that's her job to do. The doctors visit felt very rushed face spoken and didn't really seem concerned.

Clean and seen in a timely manner if you arrive ahead of time for checking in appointment. I never had a problem even at the busiest appointment time i had once but the front desk ladies still were able to assist me with very important paperwork! Patience is very important for both parties and staying professional at all times!

I have had this problem with my back since December. I have been prescribed therapy twice, it is not helping. So finally after 6 months I am going to have an MRI.

The MRI instructions (contrast, no contrast) were not clear, so when I finally got to the scheduler the appointment could not be made. When I tried to get it clarified, the office didn't know who wrote the order! Ridiculous!

The medical assistant who greeted me was very friendly. She treated me with great kindness and concern for my condition. She listened attentively, and I am definitely satisfied with the service she provided.
