Dr Hardacre had done all the chart review prior, really knew my history, and focused on understanding my personal experiences. She was an amazing listener, asked goal oriented questions and was very collaborative with her approach. I’ve always felt and shared that getting patient “buy-in” to a care plan is so very important to create desire to participate and this can significantly improve their outcomes. Kudos, to Dr Hardacre, I appreciate you!

Dr Hardacre is extremely helpful with the myriad of medical and care issues that arise during treatment for breast cancer, everything from diet to pain management to medication side effects to anxiety and depression. And she is a terrific facilitator. This element of the practice is perhaps the most important contributor to my personal successes.

I wish Dr Hardacre was my GP. She is the exact Doctor we all need before we are diagnosed with cancer but thank goodness she’s in my corner now. My daughter has been with me to most of my cancer care doctors and she said by far, she was the best, because she is looking at your whole picture. Your mental state, physical fitness and how you are fueling your body, your diet. Of course, we absolutely need our specialty doctors with their expertise, but her whole body approach is where we should start our cancer journeys in conjunction with them. My opinion is, if diagnosed with cancer, get a referral to Dr. Hardacre, ASAP! I know she will help you navigate what’s coming with her approach to your whole body wellness.

Dr Hardacre was, as always, instructive. She is an astute listener, asks probing questions kindly, seeks to help solve issues by offering instruction and guidance and by sharing meaningful medical findings. She has a light touch and interjects humor without being dismissive. She is a real person. I have come to trust her judgment and her character.

My appointment with Dr. Hardacre was the best appointment I've ever had in my entire menopause journey, which has been for the past 13 years. I would highly recommend her to anybody.

Overall, the Staff and care since the beginning of the Cancer journey have been outstanding!. The staff have been caring and in tune with every step of this treatment. Nursing Staff at the infusion clinic have been awesome and supportive. Reception staff are always friendly and know who we are upon check in for treatment. This Hospital overall has really provided excellent care.

In my case, I need more responsiveness from my oncology provider (not a Renown provider). Dr Hardacre did assist me in more than one way, and I appreciate her background and insights.

My visit with Dr. Hardacre was so helpful - she gave strategies and suggestions that helped me feel so much better about how I am dealing with my diagnosis and treatment. Nutrition and exercise information was helpful as well. I am planning on attending as many events as possible at the Wellness Center. Amazing staff there too - so considerate and welcoming.

Every experience with Renown's South Reno Breast Center, including the Wellness entity, exceeded any expectations I may have had! Anyone that needs their services, I highly recommend them, so much so I have decided that they will be my future charity beneficiary.

Dr Hardacre is amazing. My housemate is a developmentally disabled senior terminal colon cancer patient. He can be challenging to work with. Dr Hardacre was incredibly gracious, friendly, and patient with him.

Dr. Hardacre has been instrumental in my cancer recovery. She counseled and pointed me in the right direction to regain my health and fitness. She listened to me and motivated me with information and a plan that has worked for me versus a generic plan I wouldn’t be able to follow. I can’t thank Renown Cancer Wellness Center enough for having Dr Hardacre’s wellness program. It has truly made a difference for me!

Madeline Hardacre has helped me thrive after my breast cancer diagnosis last year. She has listened and helped me come up with solutions to any and all of my questions. It has been a relief to finally find someone who can answer some of the questions that no other provider has been able to. I went through my cancer treatments and never was given any type of information on what to expect in the future. Dr. Hardacre seemed to understand that was was able to fill in some of the gaps. She also gave me some tools to look at the future in smaller increments and not the whole picture at once, because that can be overwhelming. She is truly a blessing to anyone going through or having gone through cancer treatments.

So far, everyone has worked hard to get my surgery scheduled quickly to meet my schedule. Staff has been warm and helpful. Some back office stuff has taken a bit more time on scheduling
