Preliminary protocols in registration and patient rep reviews was well done. The actual appt with Dr Eckenrode was the very best.
She had done her homework in review of our patient records, followed up individually with wife and I in a detailed question and answer session for each of us. Dr Eckenrode, excellent listener, great questions and establishment of individual plans for going forward to improve health for both of us. A very refreshing and positive beginning.

The Whitaker Clinic Staff is the best. They were polite, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. By the way, my doctor, Dr Madeline Eckenrode, is the best.

Only reason I wouldn't use I recommended it to my oldest daughter when her physician stopped seeing patients and they said it would be a year before she could get an appointment. I love my doctor , but not having a opening for 1 year is ridiculous as she is on medication routinely and needs follow up through out the year.
