I appreciated that she explained first thing that she was using her phone as a digital scribe.

She was empathetic and clearly explained her opinion on my condition. The options I had to consider were clearly spelled out and she responded directly and clearly to my questions. She allowed me to determine the course of action and supported my decision. Good communicator and took the time I needed w/o feeling rushed.
