Dr Madala did an exceptional job in listening and taking the time necessary to explain things to me. She also did not finish until she was certain that I had all my questions and issues responded to.

Dr Madala even helped me with a CPAP hardware issue that was dismissed in the past. She went the extra step.

There should be more explanation regarding the application of adhesive used to attach electrodes. It took three shampoos to remove from my hair and i still had stuff on my body. No good warning or understanding regarding how to rid yourself of the mess.
