Dr. Coyne is an outstanding. She was incredibly patient, genuinely caring, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she carefully discussed multiple treatment options for my dry eyes, making sure I understood the benefits of each. Her compassion, knowledge, and dedication to her patients are truly remarkable. I left feeling heard, informed, and confident in my care. I highly recommend Dr. Coyne and know she has a very bright future in medicine. My only negative about my visit, is she is moving to Boston.

This was my initial visit with this provider. She was well versed in information relevant to my medical needs. She carefully and clearly described a treatment plan. Her demeanor was most pleasant.

Dr Coyne was very professional and spent a lot of time with me as well as checking my records before I arrived. She has come up with a plan for me for my eye care and I look forward to working with her.

Dr. Coyne was able to see me at the request of [staff], who was not available. She was proficient and informative. Dr. Coyne spent time answering questions and performing the diagnostic evaluation.

I've been to at least five doctors for this condition over 30 years. Dr. Coyne Was by far the best. She gave me an ideology for my problem that had never been mentioned by another physician, even though most were from Jhh.Othorough in her work up and detest as I sat in the chair. She explained treatment options at length, including a handout on recommended products I needed to get .I was overwhelmed by her kindness and her expertise. I am in a physician myself, and I have to say that she was exceptional and I'm very grateful.

I've had my condition for at least 10 years, I learned so much from her in one appointment that will profoundly impact how I proceed in the future. I'm so grateful for her filling in the blanks for for explaining

My provider was friendly and I appreciated that she took the time to listen to my concerns, discuss my condition in a way that made sense to me, and allowed me to participate in my care plan. I was very satisfied with the visit and look forward to her being my provider for the next few months.

Mackenzie was an excellent provider, and the first one who truly was knowledgeable about my condition and gave me tailored recommendations. She ordered appropriate eye tests and explained each one as we went. Even though the overall practice was running late, she was very transparent about this which made it easy for us to plan accordingly. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
