Dr Ma spent a large amount of time collecting information about my health history and asked questions were unclear or uncertain. She provided a number of different options for testing to ensure we get to the true reason of my health issues. She made sure I understood what was being said and comprehended potential courses of treatment based on test results. She was top-notch!

Dr. Ma is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable, excellent bedside manners. I have autoimmune liver disease, she's my liver specialist and gastroenterologist. I trust her expertise.

Dr Ma was awesome! She listened to me, explained why she was ordering more tests and not to be alarmed due to false positives, assured me there are treatment options once we get the lab results, helped find a location closer to my home to get the scans, and told me to use my chart if I needed to follow up on anything.

I have been seeing Dr. Ma for over 6 years. She has always been kind and caring each time of our visit. They respond quickly to emails sent to them. She is one of my favorite doctors. Always pleasant and concerned about anything new that has been going on with me physically. I can honestly say I love her being my doctor.

Dr Ma listens really well. She answers questions clearly. When I had a question a few days later, she responded in full, and in clear language. She is a very good communicator. I had an MRI and bloodwork done, and she ordered that so we could discuss it at the appointment.

This was my 2nd visit with Dr Ma. She is an excellent doctor in that she sent me messages clarifying the biopsy results quickly. She was thorough in her explanation of what was going on with my liver and what her recommendations for moving forward. She asked what I wanted to do after explaining possible solutions. Even though I had to drive 5 hrs to drive to and from my appointment I would readily do so again.
