Staff member other than desk personnel & Lyuda could use a few pointers on being pleasant & listening. She asked me the same question twice...even though I handed her the updates on your form & verbally updated her....then she did not update the system, so Lyuda had the correct information.

This was the first time with this provider. History not fully know up front, as expected Check in staff was up to snuff, ditto check-out Nurse not want me to be friendly with the nurse that has normally checked me in

I thought I received better care at Dr office than atVirtua Urgent Care where I received a low dose of antibiotics which did nothing

I've been following APN Lyudmila for several years, and she continues to be wonderful. She has a good medical plan for my continued health and growth, and she is very professional and kind. Her assistant DMP was also very personable. I trust my PCP for any foreseeable needs and issues regarding my general health.

My female provider is very detailed... nice... knowledgeable...and kind... I just luv her. She always listens to my concerns... explains my test results and make referral recommendations to address my medical issues that she can't address. Her patience For me is an outstanding quality you don't see very often in our current medical patient community. She needs a pay raise and Promotion for her hard work. Thank you for survey

Lyudmila was, as always very thorough and professional. My visit was a follow-up to a 10 hospital visit after a very serious cancer removal on my ear, nose and throat area. We went over everything that was in my discharge paperwork.

The practice is great however this provider is not. She did not listen to my symptoms or do an exam she was more concerned about my last dental cleaning. I had to come back the same week to see a different provider who was great and was able to treat my illness.
