She is a professional no nonsense Dr. I didn't need rainbows and unicorns. I wanted straight foreward based on expertise diagnosis and path ahead.

Although short, I could tell via discussion during the procedure that she had the experience and wonderful bed-side manner that made what some would consider a horrible experience into an almost routine procedure that left me a lot more comfortable than one would think.

The conversation we had is not easy to do - delivering news that can be hard to hear can go in many directions. Lynn was kind, patient, empathetic, and yet matter of fact - we felt we were in the hands of someone who cared about us and also wanted to make sure we had al the information we needed before we left. We are fortunate to have her looking out for us.

When did a great job and understood the situation I was in. She has a great sense of humor which made the situation a lot easier to deal with she made me feel comfortable and made me feel that she knew exactly what I wanted out of it and she's helping me move on with the next set of treatments. She did a great job and I feel very comfortable with her.

We discussed in full detail the pros and cons of all procedures, which made me feel 100% confident in her. She is very detail orientated, which for me being in the IT field is very critical and very much appreciated. She made me feel at ease at all times and was concerned about my well beings and my emotional being. She made me feel comfortable knowing that we're gonna talk about cancer. On a scale of one to 10 I'd rate her at 27.
