What y'all did well was really like, I liked it the professionalness when I first came in. They said hello, good morning. I liked it how, you know, everything was just set out correctly. I liked it how the doctor listened and responded back and then she asked me questions and I respond back to her. I liked it that I felt comfortable there.

Dr. Bascelli is a great doctor. She always makes sure that I'm doing well and that I'm doing okay, always makes time to listen to me. She's just an overall wonderful physician.

There was a problem getting a hold of my medication. This was not necessarily the fault of Dr. Basically but the "system" does not provide for problems with the pharmacy. As a result I went for 3 days without medication due to problems with the communication between the pharmacy and the doctors office. As a result something needs to change!

My experience is always outstanding from start to finish, from the reception area to the nurse practitioner to the doctor. Everything is amazing. I had an amazing experience with this office. Often times I have been treated poorly due to the treatment I am on. From making the appointment on the phone all the way to the Dr. I seen. I was treated with respect and compassion. Everyone was so professional. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Dr Bascelli is the most caring, kind, patient Doctor. She takes the time to listen to you and gives advice. She truly cares about her patients. You can feel that she truly cares for her patients and no judgement is ever given by her or the staff. All the staff at the office is kind as well. You feel welcomed when you walk in the door!! I wish I could give twenty stars.

Yes, I need to know why the bottom of my body is hurting so bad. I never gave it a needle, but it's like it's hurt and I'm falling and stumbling and I wasn't doing that before. So I just wanted to know what medication am I taking and what's making me feel this way. Please give me a call back. Thank you.

Since they helped to save my life, I guess I will give them high ratings. Dr. Bascelli and her staff are wonderful. I truly feel like they care about me personally every time I step foot in their office. Best experience with a doctor I have ever had. I wish she could be my primary as well.

Dr Bascelli is the most caring down to earth Dr Ive ever been treated by. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she shows how much she really cares. I look forward to seeing her once a month for my appointment, as well as the rest of the staff. The whole office treats me like a human being, not just someone who made mistakes in life. I wish all Drs had her disposition because I feel like more people would go and get the treatment they need. Dr Bascelli is hands down the best Dr I've ever been treated by for Suboxone issues. In fact I'm on sublocade now and soon will be off of all Suboxone type meds all together. Thank you to Dr bascelli! The whole office néeds a raise!

I feel like everybody in that hospital was very nice to me and they were really great and I appreciate everybody. Thank you so much. And I'm going to get myself together and they are doing very well. I don't really know who taught them exactly what they're learning, but they're very well. So that's about it. So that's all I can really say. I'm just thankful for everybody in that hospital. I absolutely love all the staff and the doctor at this facility. It is the first time I have gotten mat treatment and actually was treated like a normal person.From the front desk to the doctor everyone is so kind. The doctor is so nice and she really listens to my thoughts and concerns. Just amazing. I really love coming here and have already recommended the office to a friend in need of treatment.

Well, I would like to leave a comment for the doctor. I thought that she was very well knowledgeable in addiction, specifically the disease concept and how addiction is a disease. I thought she was very well educated and just all around kind. She's a kind person. So thank you.

Hi, my doctor, she's amazing. I've been with her now for a long time. She's very respectful, very sweet, very kind, very understanding if I'm a few minutes late. Just been an angel in my life. Hi. I think this medical professional, the MAP program, is always incredibly up to par. They always are greedy of the smile. They know who you are, make you feel like an individual, listen to you very deeply, and provide expertise at the best way possible. I think the whole crew is fantastic, and I really don't know how much more they can improve because they always seem to be completely on their game at all times and I love coming here. It feels like home but so professional and would recommend anyone in need to come here.

I love Lynda bascelli. She is so very sweet. She cares about me as a person and my well being. I feel very comfortable going to her. I even asked if she'd be my primary lol but unfortunately that can not be. Her staff is also very respectful and kind. I can actually say for the first time in my life that I thoroughly enjoy my visits. I feel comfort and safety in her office. I also can vent to her n she actually allows it. She listens to me, she's very attentive and gives me great feedback. I couldn't imagine allowing anybody else to help me in the situation that I'm in. Others have made me feel very much "in the way" or as if they couldn't wait for the visit to be over. I don't feel rushed in Linda's office by anybody. N I truly appreciate that.
