Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I followed Dr. Lynch to his new concierge practice because of his excellence. I had a few GPs before him that were not adequate at all, in fact, downright scary. I was fortunate to find a doctor who looked at my medical history (which is quite unusual) before seeing me and is knowledgeable about all of it. I also like that he is open to new things and is willing to look into those things, his calm demeanor and the fact that he doesn't immediately jump to tests.

I consider Dr Lynch an extraordinary physician. He has been my primary care Doctor for several years. I hope to continue the relationship for many more.

Everyone was very polite, professional and helpful with questions. This was my first appt. With Dr. Lynch. I was very pleased with how the visit went. I really liked him. He listened, asked a lot of important questions and was very kind. I’m looking forward to having him be my primary care physician. And I’m happy to have moved all my care now the BJC.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
No improvement needed. The whole experience was a huge improvement in my recent primary care experience.

I think Dr Lynch is an exceptional physician. He’s been my doc for quite a few years now but this was my first concierge experience. There’s no going back to the old way.

Dr. Lynch was very thorough. He is always kind, courteous, and down to earth. He truly listens, takes my health concerns seriously, and provides thoughtful care. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate, people-oriented physician.

I’m going to miss Dr Lynch as my PCP. He provided me with exceptional and responsive healthcare during the nearly 10 yrs I was his patient.
