The BJC Concierge experience is a class act and a pleasure to have all the time one would require anytime it’s needed. Dr. Lynch is a consummate professional with vast medical knowledge. I greatly appreciate and trust him with all conditions regarding my health.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Trust and caring are utmost needs for optimal help. Dr. Lynch provides both plus giving me information to help continue best practices. I am indebted to his care for what I am learning especially with weight loss, and asthma care.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Lynch was excellent. We really just had a conversation about me and my health, life, etc. and he made it an easy conversation.. He truly listened and he had some suggestions that I think will be helpful/. It was great to have more time with him bc I got way more value out of the visit than I could have expected. Dr. Lynch absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I can’t think of anything that could have been improved It was an excellent experience!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I followed Dr. Lynch to his new concierge practice because of his excellence. I had a few GPs before him that were not adequate at all, in fact, downright scary. I was fortunate to find a doctor who looked at my medical history (which is quite unusual) before seeing me and is knowledgeable about all of it. I also like that he is open to new things and is willing to look into those things, his calm demeanor and the fact that he doesn't immediately jump to tests.

I consider Dr Lynch an extraordinary physician. He has been my primary care Doctor for several years. I hope to continue the relationship for many more.

I was not part of Dr Lynch’s “personal” service practice. Despite this -Dr Lynch sat down with me . He changed my meds- booked referrals-well done ! Way to go Doc. I am going to become a member of Doc Lynch personal service .

Everyone was very polite, professional and helpful with questions. This was my first appt. With Dr. Lynch. I was very pleased with how the visit went. I really liked him. He listened, asked a lot of important questions and was very kind. I’m looking forward to having him be my primary care physician. And I’m happy to have moved all my care now the BJC.

No improvement needed. The whole experience was a huge improvement in my recent primary care experience.
