Finding the level of care I have received with Dr Vu is hard to find in Reno. She is professional, thorough and offers practical solutions and advice with kindness. Bedside manner is excellent.

Dr. Vu is an excellent communicator. She's empathetic and compassionate. I never feel like I'm being rushed through an appointment. She addresses my concerns in a timely manner, even when follow up work is necessary.

Dr. Vu has always been very caring. She explains lab results thoroughly and advises of what I need to do. She's very responsive of issues I have during my visit. Dr. Vu has the care, compassion and a thorough knowledge of medical concerns and problems that I bring to her. She's taking care of me and my health all the time. Thank you Dr. Vu!

I am not great at getting shots so I was nervous when DrVu was able to give me an [ ] for a [ ]. She assured me it was not going to be any different than a [ ] and she was right! She helped me overcome my fear. Grateful!!

Dr. Ly Vu has been my primary physician for the past nearly 7-years. In that time, I have had regularly scheduled appointments and a few others that I believed needed her attention. In all respects, Dr. Vu has been a trusted medical practitioner who has always been available via office visits and/or by My Chart communications or telephone. In times where more specialized medical attention may be advisable, she has discussed these with me and with my approval has made all pertinent information available via Renown leading to the additional medical appointments. In short, I give her full credit for keeping careful watch over my health needs and I benefit from it.
