Yeah, Dr. Charles was great. I was taken in right on time and all my tests were done great. The phlebotomist was amazing. The scheduler was amazing. Followed up with me with the results like the next day, very early in the morning. I've never had that happen with any doctor ever. So that was all super awesome. I would like the putting his name on my Aetna Better Health of New Jersey insurance card as my primary care provider to be easier because that's how I came to Dr. Charles. I called my PCP and they said they're not taking any new patients. So they gave me Dr. Charles's name and then Aetna said they can't add them to my PCP as my PCP on the card, but he does accept my insurance, Aetna Better Health of New Jersey. So that's kind of an ongoing thing that I'm working with with you guys, but yeah, so ?

Very fast appointment time. I didn't have to wait months out. I got in the next day. The referrals were handled, I had a referral handled right in the office. I got to see the pumacologist right then and there. I got all my other referrals that I needed scheduled through the office. It was a lot of staff there, but there was no wait time in between. The doctor was very, both doctors were very attentive and listened to my concerns and my questions.

So far I've seen two drs there and both were great - I have an appt to see a third dr also - I love the drs there and love having them all under one roof !!- unfortunately my secondary insurance isn't accepted there ( my primary is Medicare ) so my wife can't see any providers there but I'm in the process of switching over to a new secondary insurance that your providers will accept- I want my wife to be able to receive the same quality healthcare that I'm receiving from your drs

I found the experience to be very good and like that the Doctor, staff and Nurses were so customer friendly and professional. The facility was modern and spacious. I am happy to be hear.

I would like to add the part when they took some arms. So they pinched me two times just because the first one didn't go through, and it was kind of miscommunication between the nurses. The doctor was amazing, but it's just the nurses, they kind of knew, or I don't know if they knew about why they're doing it, pretty much everything was fine.

The whole staff was very caring about my situation. and the doctor was very caring also Dr. Charles.

The staffing was polite and the environment was clean, quite and had ample parking. It was my 1st time at this location and with this provider and I will definitely be sticking with them

All your providers really don't know or are concerned for their patients. They simply handle the problem at hand and push you to other specialties as indicated.

It's not that you improve anything or nothing like that. It was good. It was excellent. I would just like to know if the doctor can call me so I can ask him about my physical therapy. Because I don't know where to go. If he can recommend me somewhere to go, I would appreciate it. Thank you. Bye.
