Took the time to explain my surgical plan. Was caring and compassionate to my health condition. Showed confidence and positivity about my surgery. Put my wife and I at ease; was warm and gracious. We came away very positive and confident about Dr Lutz performing my surgery.

This was the first time we went to this Doctor’s office. When the appointment was made all she gave us was the street address. We looked around some and finally determined it was a hospital.Need better directions at outset
