My previous doctor, whom I loved, left the practice, and I was assigned to Dr. Lumley. She seems fine, but at her first visit as a brand-new patient, I was expecting more of an effort to get to know me as a person. My medical history is in the chart, of course, but the visit felt pretty transactional, and not the personal experience that I've had before.

In addition ti this, I also said i believed my anti depressants were becoming less effective and I would like discuss changing them in April. In my after visit summary, she put that I wanted to go off of them completely, at no point did I ever say that.

I've been seeing Dr. Lumley for a little over a year now and she has been extremely helpful. Her bedside manner is top tier and I'm very grateful for her. She listens and takes her time to educate you on how to better your health.

I, his mom, would appreciate a call back to the room or meeting at the payment counter with any highlights of his appointment. I know I get the after visit summary, but a quick talk would also be appreciated. He likes to go into the appointment by himself.

Dr. Lauren Lumley is amazing. I have difficulty with medical appointments and she seems to understand exactly how I feel about things. She provides the care that I need in a friendly, caring manner. I can't imagine a more perfect doctor for my PCP.
