Doctor Soliz Listens to me and shows compassion in regards to my concerns about my chtonic shoulder pain and he provides me with courteous and knowledgeable Information in regards to solutions as to treatments for my chronic shoulder pain with me making the best decision for myself along with his approval.

I just told you he was very rude he wasn't patient he got upset because he thought I came for the jelly shots in my knee and I told him no I came to see when would it be best for me to get a date to have a knee replacement on the right knee

As I said in the previous feedback, Dr. Solis is very knowledgeable, experienced personable, professional, and explains everything that he plans for my care. He listened to anything I had to say with the complaints of the pain that I was having he did order my x-rays had injections done and physical therapy has been ordered.. I believe he’s a very thorough physician

Dr. Soliz is the reason I go to Loyola. He truly cares about his patients and has the best bed side manner! He takes the time to explain everything to you and is a fantastic listener! Loyola is lucky to have him!

first time new patient with this doctor and I thought he did a very good job and his recommendation for steroids prescription worked out well

As I stated is very knowledgeable, professional fully explained everything that was going on and what we were going to do for my care. The only issue I had was it took about three months to get into see him, which isn’t his fault. Seems to be the fault of the system because every physician that you try to get into takes you at least three months to get in so Trinity needs to figure it out How to make things better for the doctor as well as for the patient. The nearest past it never took that long to see a physician. Maybe your organization needs to look at things better and find out better ways to run the facility and treat the people as people not objects because you run them as a corporation.

He is a very good doctor I feel he knows what he’s doing but I don’t think my last procedure helped me and I have more pain that I will bring up at my next appointment
