I'd suggest that the nurse be trained to communicate better with patients. In my particular case she took my blood pressure left the room and after that I was inside the room wondering if the doctor is coming or they forgot about me. The staff should communicate with patients waiting inside the rooms and let them know that doctor is with other patients and check often. I had to go outside where the nurses seat and ask if the doctor was still seeing me. Better customer service! I'm very happy with Dr. Astudillo services. Thank you.

I appreciate the doctor's care and suggestions, as based on his examinations, we can prevent or treat any health condition in a timely manner. I have always been treated with respect and dignity by the staff at Hackensack Meridian Health.

The office staff needs professional training. Concentrate on helping patients first then continue discussing personal matters discretely. The assistant that took my blood pressure did it wrong. The doctor re-took my BP, I was glad since I did not have the heart to complain. Thanks

My appointment was for 4:15 got there 4:05, I waited 50 mins before the Dr saw me. I asked the nurse why such a long wait, she explained that she is 1 nurse for 2 drs that's why the long delay, she was professional and very apologetic. They need to get a second nurse one nurse for 2 drs is no good that is why the delay not good at all

Dr. Luis Astudillo is a professional and attentive doctor. He cares deeply about his patients. He answers every question or doubt you may have. I've been with him for years, and although I moved and it's far away, I wouldn't change him. I recommend him 100%. The patients and the receptionists are professional and kind.
