This is literally the only positive experience I have had in any Renown facility. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable. He actually listened to me and clearly explained things.

Dr. Palacio is an exceptional physician. He is extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and genuinely cares about helping his patients. I came to him with a mysterious lower abdominal pain that I had been trying to chase down an answer to for two years, having had all sorts of imaging and having seen a wide variety of doctors. Thanks to Dr. Palacio, I finally have an answer and am now set for surgery and will soon be on the road to recovery. This problem was becoming seriously debilitating, so I could not be more grateful to this kind, very smart man.

Dr. Palacio was great. He saw me, listened to my symptoms, did some physical tests, checked my records, got me an X-ray right away & compared/shared results with me and diagnosed the issue….finally so happy to know what was causing all the pain and discomfort. Then talked about potential procedure to resolve issue, forwarded my info. To that area and they will call me to get more info. Then, he gave me shot for the pain….all at the same appt. I so appreciate not having to set up another appt for an X-ray or shot or another dept. I got it all done in one appt. Now that is quality patient care!

Dr Palacio was very professional and easy to communicate with re: my specific physical issues.
He administered a steroid shot into my rt. hip and fast tracked me for an MRI on the same hip to rule out any further issues that never showed up on my previous hip X-ray.

Very professional, asked the right questions, procedures were logical.
Handouts on hip and spine conditioning programs were overwhelming as regards their number. Better to have narrowed recommendations down to the best 3 or four in each category, at least to start.
I’m pretty well informed about injuries, and already engaged in some of the activities, so am probably okay.
Someone with less experience with injuries and conditioning might be overwhelmed.

It was one of the best medical experiences I have had at Renown. Dr Palacio was very kind and knowledgeable. He took time to understand what I was dealing with, asked questions he needed to and provided a treatment plan along with his diagnosis Super helpful and thorough!! Would definitely go see him again if needed

Dr. P. Is great and listens to everything. I had another SMD + an intern in the room. Everything went fantastic. Thinking of making my wife go to Dr. P. She is having left elbow pains. All in all I am very happy with the medical service I had from Dr. P.

I'm not sure if I answered the first question right. I don't know if I heard it right, but I was responding. I thought I was talking about the front desk person who was fine, but I didn't think was great. The doctor himself was great. Dr. AplaPalaciocio was great. The front desk person, I thought, could have maybe been friendlier, but was okay. Nothing bad. I think that's it. Thank you.

Dr. Luis Palacio was outstanding. He helped me recover from a very painful frozen shoulder, and his care made a real difference. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and clear about the treatment plan, and I felt supported throughout the recovery process. I’m genuinely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.

I was treated well by all parties during my visit. Things were handle swiftly and professionally. I did want to get more relief from my pain then I got. I got exercises to do that I am already doing so I felt a little frustrated by that.

Appreciate x-rays and knowledge of my situation. Felt very comfortable with exam. Dr. PALACIO advised me I was welcome to email him with any further questions or concerns via mychart. He also gave me exercises to do at home. Helpful
