My over all experience at the office was great. The doctor took time with me to listen to my concerns. He explained the treatment plan very well. He is a real asset to Renown.

This was the best evaluation I’ve ever had by a physician. It was as thorough as could be. He was able to address every single concern I had. I’ve already recommended many of my friends dealing with injuries to come see Dr. Palacio.

Dr. Palacio did a great job. He informed me of everything that I needed to know. He helped me in getting plugged into physical therapy and he was very kind and informed and just didn't act like he needed to hurry to the next patient. I really appreciated that and his care for me and my knee.

Dr. Palacio and all the staff I interacted with were kind, considerate, and went out their way to accommodate me with my walker. I appreciated the full explanation of the reasons to do some testing and Dr. Palacio made me feel comfortable and trusting of his knowledge.

Dr Palacio does an excellent job of understanding changes in symptoms or other factors since last appt. He asks good questions and listens carefully to the answers to guide him.

I am super happy with the service I got from doctor. He was great. He was super helpful. He educated me and helped me so I can be able to get what I need to get out of this visit. I truly appreciate this and I would recommend this doctor to anybody and any athlete in this world. I am a professional boxer and I have met many doctors, but I've never been educated and been so happy with my service until today.

Luis has a wonderful personality for working with me, provided a shot to relieve pain in my frozen shoulder and provided stretches and exercises that I can do at home.
It was a pleasure working with him. He’s the kind of doctor I’d like as a PCP.
He also greeted me with a handshake which was something doctors don’t seem to do in my experience. I appreciated that.

Dr. Palacio is an exceptional physician. He is extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and genuinely cares about helping his patients. I came to him with a mysterious lower abdominal pain that I had been trying to chase down an answer to for two years, having had all sorts of imaging and having seen a wide variety of doctors. Thanks to Dr. Palacio, I finally have an answer and am now set for surgery and will soon be on the road to recovery. This problem was becoming seriously debilitating, so I could not be more grateful to this kind, very smart man.

Dr. Palacio was great. He saw me, listened to my symptoms, did some physical tests, checked my records, got me an X-ray right away & compared/shared results with me and diagnosed the issue….finally so happy to know what was causing all the pain and discomfort. Then talked about potential procedure to resolve issue, forwarded my info. To that area and they will call me to get more info. Then, he gave me shot for the pain….all at the same appt. I so appreciate not having to set up another appt for an X-ray or shot or another dept. I got it all done in one appt. Now that is quality patient care!

Dr Palacio was very professional and easy to communicate with re: my specific physical issues.
He administered a steroid shot into my rt. hip and fast tracked me for an MRI on the same hip to rule out any further issues that never showed up on my previous hip X-ray.

Very professional, asked the right questions, procedures were logical.
Handouts on hip and spine conditioning programs were overwhelming as regards their number. Better to have narrowed recommendations down to the best 3 or four in each category, at least to start.
I’m pretty well informed about injuries, and already engaged in some of the activities, so am probably okay.
Someone with less experience with injuries and conditioning might be overwhelmed.

It was one of the best medical experiences I have had at Renown. Dr Palacio was very kind and knowledgeable. He took time to understand what I was dealing with, asked questions he needed to and provided a treatment plan along with his diagnosis Super helpful and thorough!! Would definitely go see him again if needed

Dr. P. Is great and listens to everything. I had another SMD + an intern in the room. Everything went fantastic. Thinking of making my wife go to Dr. P. She is having left elbow pains. All in all I am very happy with the medical service I had from Dr. P.

I'm not sure if I answered the first question right. I don't know if I heard it right, but I was responding. I thought I was talking about the front desk person who was fine, but I didn't think was great. The doctor himself was great. Dr. AplaPalaciocio was great. The front desk person, I thought, could have maybe been friendlier, but was okay. Nothing bad. I think that's it. Thank you.

Dr. Luis Palacio was outstanding. He helped me recover from a very painful frozen shoulder, and his care made a real difference. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and clear about the treatment plan, and I felt supported throughout the recovery process. I’m genuinely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.
