While I understand Dr. Grunzweig was trying her best to explain my treatment options, I felt she wasn’t empathetic to me or addressing my concerns. I felt frustrated because I’ve been dealing with my issue for a while and I started to cry during my appointment. Dr Grunzweig could use a refresher on bed side manner and could’ve at least offered me a tissue while I cried. Felt both my appointments with her were a waste of time.

She makes me feel comfortable and I can ask her anything. I usually don't have a preference between a male or female Dr. but, in this case I am more comfortable. I seem to have a bit of body dysmorphia so, having a female Dr. Is more reassuring, maybe?
