This institute has excellent Doctors and Dr [ ], Lourdes Dr [ ] and George have helped me incredibly. I have full confidence in them and in Dr [ ], my cardiologist. I’m grateful to be under their care.

Lourdes Betancourt, APRN listened attentively to my concerns regarding my episodes of [ ] and side effects of [ ]. Lourdes was able to schedule an appointment with the doctor within 2 days. She took the time to explain options such as th [ ] and thoroughly explained that testing would need to be done to qualify and the pros and cons. At no time did I feel rushed and left feeling that I was provided excellent care. I would give her 10 gold stars. I am a medical professional and feel I am more than qualified to assess and report on my experience. Give Lourdes Betancourt 10 Gold Stars!!!

It was great hiding My Chart to communicate my question. Then I received a response message in within 24 hours letting me know how I needed to proceed. Scheduling also got me in quickly with Nurse Practitioner Lourdes within a couple of days. She was on time to the appointment, very attentive to the information I shared and straight forward with her feedback.

My husband and I are both cardiac care patients at NCH. We have never. Had a less than excellent experience with anyone there. From reception, nursing and up to the cardiac care surgeons who have been treating us both.

I was very impressed with the way Ms. BBattencourt handled all our session. She was very professional. Projected a lot of confidence in her knowledge of the subject. Answered all my questions.
