This institute has excellent Doctors and Dr [ ], Lourdes Dr [ ] and George have helped me incredibly. I have full confidence in them and in Dr [ ], my cardiologist. I’m grateful to be under their care.

Lourdes is kind, thoughtful and respectful. She explained things in a simple to understand way and made sure we were comfortable with our plan of action. She represents the Rooney Heart Center extremely well!

Lourdes Betancourt, APRN listened attentively to my concerns regarding my episodes of [ ] and side effects of [ ]. Lourdes was able to schedule an appointment with the doctor within 2 days. She took the time to explain options such as th [ ] and thoroughly explained that testing would need to be done to qualify and the pros and cons. At no time did I feel rushed and left feeling that I was provided excellent care. I would give her 10 gold stars. I am a medical professional and feel I am more than qualified to assess and report on my experience. Give Lourdes Betancourt 10 Gold Stars!!!
