I loved it. They actually gave me good info. The Dermatologist I went to first gave me incorrect info and it was nice actually getting the right info. Plus scheduling for my surgery was easy.

Everyone was very kind and helpful since this was my first experience and I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Tucker answered all my questions and I felt like he was treating me like a friend and not a patient. I felt very comfortable with him and his assistant. t.

The doctor spent a total of 3 minutes with us and didn't even examine my daughters face. She took one look at it and gave a diagnosis. She prescribed medication and spoke the instructions very quickly, so it was hard to write it all down. My daughter has been using the cream she prescribed but the rash is getting worse and more painful. I have a called to speak with a nurse regarding the rash getting worse and have not gotten a call back yet.

Even though they were having some kind of computer problems, which I would’ve never known, I thought the staff was excellent. Dr. Tucker was just very down-to-earth and easy to talk to very nice man. I would recommend their staff and their doctors absolutely.
