I love Dr Essandoh- she her calmness helps you to feel better, so you can make sure you are getting the information you needs. She answers all my questions I am very confident when I am in her hands

Getting an appointment with the Dr was extremely difficult. It was an emergency appointment and the staff was not listening to the urgency that was needed.

Dr. Louisa Essandoh is an outstanding OB/GYN. She is very professional, kind, gentle, and compassionate. She takes her time to listen carefully and explains everything clearly so that her patients fully understand their care and treatment options. She makes patients feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Essandoh and would give her a well-deserved 5-star rating.

I will highly recommend this practice. Everyone was professional with location is close to my home. The doctor was very kind and thorough and went over step-by-step procedures and what to expect. I receive a courtesy call regarding my test results and what I need to do next I truly appreciated that and I will recommend to friends and family

My Experiences with Dr E are always good- I never have to wait long. She comes in with a listening and reassuring manner. everyone from the receptionist to the Dr was AWESOME

Dr. Essandoh was exceptionally present during my exam, describing what steps she was taking and explaining what she was finding. She was an active listener, understood my concerns and questions and responded in a manner that was informative and calming. I trusted her professionalism and her knowledge.

Dr. Essandoh is a knowledgeable and thorough doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. She's very easy to talk to and she explains things in a way that is easily understood. I've already recommended her to my daughter and my best friend. Both feel the same.

Dr. Essandoh was wonderful. Last year the group I had been going to for over 30 years was no longer part of the insurance plan I have. A friend recommended Dr. Essandoh. I wasn't able to make a new patient appointment with her for last year because her schedule was already full, but scheduled for this year and found a different Dr. for my checkup last year. She was worth the wait, I was really happy with my visit. She was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and had a number of helpful suggestions. I already made my appointment for next year. I always dread these visits somewhat but after meeting her I won't be so nervous about it.

Multiple staff members insisted the appointment was not necessary. Other concerns were not addressed during the visit.

Dr Essandoh is the best (in my opinion)-She really listens to me and answer my questions. She is so professional, patient and caring. The only negative comment I have is about the clerks checking in and out. Both girls lack of costumer service etiquette. When I went to check in the girl was on her personal cellphone texting and the one that checked me out was king of rude and seemed tired of doing her job. Overall, great experience with the Doctor and her Nurse Assistance

Dr. Essandoh provided the best doctors office experience I have had in recent years, possibly ever. I was a new patient but she familiarized herself with my history prior to the appt and came asking questions. She explained existing medical conditions in a way that was positive and understandable to the average laymen, but still included valid medical information. She took time to explain these conditions in a thoughtful manner that I had never experienced before. She made recommendations for care that were clear and took my personal needs into consideration. She was supportive of my choices and gave me options for navigating future medicine options and follow-up needs. She was absolutely lovely and a consummate professional. I feel grateful to have had such a positive experience!

My only comment is appointment time. It's disappointing to have an appt, arrive on time and then have to sit and wait. I waited a 1/2 hr in the outer waiting room and then more waiting in the exam room. It would be nice if appointments can be met. Overall I like Dr Essandoh very much.
