My new doctor, my new neurologist was pretty up to par with my care and everything. I just couldn't give him the, you know, like a perfect 10 score or whatever because he's new and it was things that he really didn't know, but he mostly did know about like my care and my, my, you know, my medication history and everything, but it was just certain things that were just left out with him being a new provider. But other than that, you know, everything was up to par.

Everyone was overwhelmingly kind. Even the maintenance staff was incredibly nice to me. Everything was very expedited. It was very quick. Everything was very painless and they set me up with everything I needed.

Dr. Porreca is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor. I only had two appointments with him but I loved his enthusiasm. He listened to my input and he worked out a viable medical plan going forward.

I was pleasantly surprised that he read my records sent from Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and was up to date on my care. I find him to be extremely knowledgeable.

The make OA is horrible. Everyone I come into the office. There's some type of issue with him. He seems to wanna get you out of his face as soon as possible. I have never had any issue with anyone else in the office. It's always the same gentleman at the front desk.

It took 30 days to get the appointment after I got out of the hospital. I was hoping it would be sooner. I had a grand maul seizure and was very sick.

It took quite a while to finally get in to see this provider, as our appointment had been cancelled once and we had to wait again for a few months to get in to see the doctor. Once in, however, we were not rushed and he was very thorough in his examination.

I was scheduled to see a female neurologist and then when I got in the room, a male doctor came in and then in the middle of our session, he says that he was more of a CSER doctor and that I would see him one more time before I got to see a neurologist and I didn't understand why I didn't see a neurologist right away.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The doctor did not look at my medical history before seeing me. I feel very bad about saying this but I will not return for any future appointments.

Yes, I would like to say that my experience was absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous going into my appointment and very relieved when I left my appointment. All information about my medical history and the tests were explained to me completely that were completed. Everything was done in detail and Everyone treated me with the utmost respect, from the person that checked me in all the way to the person that checked me out. And I would like to thank the team.
