My only concern is regarding the pre-authorization for my prescription taking upwards to 7 to 14 days when we tried to follow up with it a couple days after my appointment.

This is the second time I saw Dr Louis B. He was very good and I'm definitely seeing him again for the follow up in May and I would definitely recommend him to others. Pass this along to the Board of Trustees, Dr. Louis B. is a important asset to Virtua Healthcare System now and leading into the future

Dr. Louis Balsama always takes time to listen and explore all the options that could be viable for my weight loss management. He is always courteous and pleasant as well as the staff, timely in receiving me as a patient once I enter the office, and there's always good follow-through and follow-up with my care once I've left.

When I mentioned to Dr. Balsama how much pain I was in because of my left knee, he asked me if I would like a referral to an orthopedist. I said yes and have made an appointment with the doctor he recommended.
