Dr. Haenel is diligent about 'looking at the whole picture' regarding my health & not just revising medication based on lab results. He is kind, knowledgeable & genuinely cares. He informed me about plan of care & follow-up. Very trusted provider. His scribe, [REDACTED], is kind, helpful & provides appropriate information.

I am not a fan of telemedicine. I think a Drs visit should be face to face and hands on. Dr Haenel is very nice and very knowledgeable, everyone was pleasant and professional, I just prefer office visits.

I feel like the doctor did not know who I was, didn't have my records, and was giving me all reasons why I could not get my medication approved as being a pre-diabetic on Ozampic. I was not happy with the visit, will not be returning.

I am very happy with Dr Haenel. He always listens to my symptoms. His treatment plan is excellent. The follow-up with his staff is always consistent with appointments and upcoming labs.

the doctor went over my bloodwork and he had a plan on how to make my bloodwork better and explained into me so I understood it.

Don't really like the idea of telemed visits. I feel it's better to have a hands-on experience with the doctor and get a better understanding of what's going on. Again, telemedicine just is not my thing.

This provider or someone involved in this video chat deactivated my prescriptions for indapamide and atorvastatin via electronic transmission to CVS pharmacy on MULLICA Hill Rd. At my video chat, we never discussed indapamide or atorvastatin. I was apprised by CVS that these two drugs were no longer active in my profile when I went to renew one of them. I then sent a message to my virtual care team, letting them know what happened and asking them to represcribe my indapamide. I contacted my cardiologists office and asked them to prescribe the atorvastatin. I am not happy that this provider deactivated my indapamide and atorvastatin prescriptionswithout notifying me or discussing it at my visit.

I felt the doctor was not treating me as a person, but only looking at the numbers on the test results and treating the numbers on the test results, regardless of how I felt or what other medication I may be taking for other problems that I have. The only concern was the numbers on the test results. I did not feel this was acceptable. I don't see where that was important or relative to my care at this particular point.
