I wanted to share some honest feedback about my experience. Overall, it was a positive one, and everyone was kind and respectful. However, I did feel rushed, and I don't feel the doctor spent enough time with me. Although my questions were answered, the visit felt like too much, too fast, and at times, I felt like I was on an assembly line. I also wanted to mention that I was given instructions and a band for at home physical therapy and told to follow up with the exercises on my own. I had to ask the assistant to show me how to do them. I feel that should have been offered right away, rather than simply handing me the materials and rushing me out the door. A little more time explaining the exercises and making sure I understood them would have made a difference. I appreciate everyone's kindness and professionalism. I just wanted to share my perspective because I believe taking a little more time with each patient would make the experience feel more personal and reassuring.

This provider didn't seem to want to deal with my concerns and fears. He presented his findings and recommendations and seemed anxious to get out. The assistant was very kind and supportive.

I injured my ankle and thought I was going to be at the facility for a long time waiting. I was in and out within an hour. It was amazing and I've told everybody about it.

As always Dr Shou and his assistant, [REDACTED] were exceptional. I have treated with various doctors for back and foot issues at this facility and have always had wonderful treatment. I will continue to come here for my care and will always recommend the facility to my friends and family.

Dr Shou was amazing. He listened, examined, and in minutes corrected my foot problem that I had for 2-3 months. I walked out symptom free. He was great.

Dr. Shou is always good at explaining options and he starts with the most conservative before moving into surgery. I really appreciate his tactics.

Scheduling an appointment by phone is very difficult. It keeps on saying that there is a new program for the phone and you've had it for over a year and a half period. And it's difficult to get through to who you want to get through to with your current phone system.

Dr. Shou is so kind and patient, willing to help regardless of what's troubling my feet. I probably should have seen a podiatrist for the condition he diagnosed, but regardless, he tested me and greatly relieved the pain I was experiencing in my foot. So grateful. Thank you.

This is my first visit to a virtual orthopedic office. The office was very clean and organized. The staff was very pleasant. Check-in was easy. The x-ray staff was professional and explained everything as they went along. The doctor was very kind. He went over the x-rays with me, showed me the images, talked to me about the different surgeries that he performed. The only thing I wish I would have known before I got there was that you guys don't actually do the bunion surgery with minimal downtime. I was looking to find a provider that does the latest bunionectomy with minimal downtime. The procedures we went over required six weeks of recovery and I work in healthcare and don't have that kind of time to be off of my foot. But otherwise, the experience went well. Dr was with me less than about 5 min did not show a lot of interest. Just thought it was a simple thing .I had had the same thing before and I was concerned.Maybe it is simple we will have to see. I expected more !

I would be unlikely to use or recommend anyone get treated at Rehabilitation Orthopedics because of the horrible automated Phone system that can take a half hour or more just to reach an operator and that makes it impossible to directly contact an actual doctors office for information!!

Everything was wonderful. Dr. Shou and his staff, the hospital, everyone from walking in the door to going home couldn't have been any better and more considerate and thoughtful. Dr. Shou is a wonderful surgeon and so is his staff. Couldn't appreciate it more. Thank you so much. We will always consider Virtua the best medical care that we could ever get. Thank you.

The experience/ mood was very sanitary. The look of disgust during meeting the provider on seeing a foot i guess. Upon leaving being given the instructions "dont stop at the front desk" I took as dont come back or its no reason for to check on your health progress.

If you don't have a handicap license plate and have a problem with your foot, it is a distance to walk to the front of the building.
