I didn't get information about treating my issue other than avoiding weight bearing exercises. I should have been advised about heat or cold compresses, etc

No reviewf preview test that were ordered. If I did not bring it up result of vein test we're not offered up. Doctor was in and out. Patient left waiting.

Dr. Shou is extremely competent physician. He is kind as well and listens carefully to my issues. I have seen other podiatrist who only do a surface level exam but always miss the important issues. I feel much gratitude that Dr. Shou is available

I was unable to make the appointment due to the useless call system that Virtua has put in place . There is no direct number to the orthopedic center without having an email sent by the call center and you never get an answer back in a timely manner. I had to go directly to the office to make the appointment due to the pt being a minor. In other words the call center is useless. And on top of it I have no direct access in the my chart app to do anything for my child. Virtua needs to do better. I have been employed by Virtua for 14 years and as an employee you would think that it would be easier for me to get to where I need to be with my child.

During X-rays had to ASK for lead apron protection. The lead apron was SMALL and did not cover adequately.
